Salesforce Release Engineer

We are seeking an exceptional Release Engineer to fully automate the Copado build process. In this role, you will be part of a fast-paced, organized Agile team, collaborating with world-class technologists to drive innovation and efficiency.

1. Participate in technology architecture discussions and contribute to the planning of the release cycle.
2. Manage risks and resolve issues that could impact the schedule or scope of releases.
3. Communicate release schedules and any changes to all relevant stakeholders.
4. Report status updates and risks related to Salesforce schedules, providing mitigation strategies to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
5. Serve as the final approver for user story merging, ensuring quality and alignment with project goals.
6. Monitor and measure processes to maintain efficiency and continuous improvement.

1. Experience in CRM applications, with a primary focus on Salesforce.com.
2. Copado Admin/Developer certifications, demonstrating expertise in release management.
3. Solid understanding and experience working with Git, ensuring effective version control and collaboration.
4. Excellent troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve issues.
5. Self-motivation, drive, and a dynamic team player attitude, contributing positively to team dynamics and outcomes.
