The client is a US-based Educational Service provider offering a plethora of personalized training options and tailormade courses for students based on their preferred delivery mode – Virtual, Instructor-Led, Classroom, and On-premises.
Salesforce is one of the best CRM applications to improve sales and after-sales services, delivering superlative customer experiences. The client uses Salesforce and NetSuite as the Financial and Accounting systems. Salesforce CRM captures opportunities. These opportunities pass all compliance checks and are converted into sales orders, which are then transferred to NetSuite. Invoicing is done against these sales orders and managed on NetSuite.
Information transfer from Salesforce to NetSuite for accounting and compliance was a manual task. This manual processing exposed the client to data ambiguity and human error.
Process automation is a cost-effective way of accomplishing specific tasks, reducing man-hours, minimizing human errors, and allocating resources better.
