The Order Entry Automation (OEA) is essential for processing orders and ensuring accurate deliveries. In the OEA B2B Commerce Portal, about 500+ users needed to accurately select the correct Sold-To and Ship-To accounts based on Product Group and Delivery Plant to access relevant products and create orders.
