The client is a large compliance Learning Management Company in the USA. They provide trainings in the space of licensure and compliance training for professionals in the mortgage, banking, credit union, insurance and gaming industries. As an approved education provider by the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry (NMLS), the client offers the industry’s most comprehensive mortgage training solution, with course approvals for all 50 states and U.S. territories.
InspectIT was a legacy Home Inspection platform with native mobile applications for iOS, Android and Java based backend services and portal. The client needed to salvage the application whose active user count was spiraling down due to the large volume of crashes and lack of newer features being demanded by the user community.
The report development environment had challenges with absence of ETL processes to create data stores for the requirements
